How far in advance?

Next week I'm making 75 baby shower cookies that are favors and a large stacked cake for 75 people.
Ideally what I'd like to do is bake the cookies on Tuesday, decorate on Wednesday and put into celo bags on
Thursday. The shower is not until Saturday. How far in advance do you guys make/package cookies?
The bags will only be tied with ribbon not sealed tight.

You should be fine. Especially with a good quality cello bag (1.2ml) and ribbon tied tight. Can't wait to see your pics!

Agreed. Sugar cookies usually taste fine for a couple of weeks! You will be just fine.

That's my normal schedule. Make dough on Sun., bake Tues, decorate Wed, package Thurs and deliver Friday for Saturday event. Never had a problem.
