Posting new thread

I can't seem to figure out how to post a new thread in other categories other than this one... This is the only thread that shows the "post new thread" button... Help???!!!!

You have to choose a forum.
Click on the forum tab at the top of the page. (there's only 3)
Scroll down, choose a forum, and a topic, then you can post a new thread.
