    Best Tasting Meringue Powder Poll

Taking a poll: What is the best tasting meringue powder?

I should have made this post a real poll...

CK, Wilton, Henry & Henry, Ateco, William Sonoma etc...what's your fav?

I love the Wilton brand. Never had a problem using it and it smells better than the CK. I don't use a clear vanilla extract, so I like that it has some flavor to it.

I'm a CK brand only from now on. Don't like the taste of Wilton's.

I've only tried Wilton and Americolor, but I prefer Americolor much more because of its taste and texture.

Wilton. I always add a little extra vanilla to my NFSC receipe and the combination of the Wilton MP and the cookie are perfect. I have never had anyone say they didn't like my cookies. I will probably never try another brand. My dad used to say "Why fix something that isn't broke", so I figure why try something different if everybody likes them the way they are. Make's sense to me.

I also use Wilton and never have a problem with it!

I've tried the CK and it was just OK.

I'm a Wilton girl too. Don't like the way it smells as I am whisking it, but everyone loves my cookies, so I will be staying with it.

Ugh! Wilton is terrible! I like Henry & Henry.

I also use Wilton. I use to be a Wilton cake decorating instructor, so I have always been use to using their meringue powder. I did have trouble with it 2 summers ago, but I think the problem was actually the humidity here in Virginia.
