Sunnygal, we just moved out of Phoenix and all the way to Virginia! The rain and the snow is so nice here. I guess after living for ten years in Las Vegas and another two or three in Phoenix, we had enough of the sun. It actually hurt my skin when I had to go out in the 100+ heat. Your cookies should do fine in the low humidity there. I used to set my bread outside to rise in the heat. It was the most perfect place to live to have to bake bread. Anyway, glad to meet you!
Hello everyone! I'm from Portland, OR.
I'm in Evansville, IN...the southern tip of Indiana.

I now live in the frozen mid-western state of MN, in farm country out in the middle of no where, near no place in particular, and just around the corner from nothingville. It is so peaceful and quite out here, in the spring you can actually hear the grass growing...
I am originally from Central Florida. Miss my Sunshine State.
