You're on your 5th one? That bites! I got mine last January when they ran this price & haven't had a bit of trouble. My cookie recipe calls for 8 cups of flour which this handles several times a week. Good tip on the magazine deal!

I ordered mine this morning...Merry Christmas to me...I was thinking about the Kenmore one on sale at Sears, but this KitchenAid is the grand-daddy of them, with more wattage and a bigger bowl.
