I have been noticing that a large number or other cookiers seem to do cookie platters. When I started doing cookies I told cutomers that I had a minimum of 1 dz cookies per design and that has worked well for me as I can build up speed doing the same design and only having to mix the icing colors need for those designs.All of my orders have been for parties and about 3/4 are bagged and tied. I do love the look of all those wonderful assorted platters Im see, just not sure if I would want to add that much time to my work. What are you thoughts?
