I bought a 1/2 size sheet pan rack. It has 10 slots so will hold 20 half-size sheet pans. I LOVE it. I'm slowly adding to my sheet pans so I'll eventually have 20. I just roll it around in my kitchen...cookies cut out and onto pans and onto rack then cookies from rack into oven to bake, then cookies from the oven to the rack, rack moved to my decorating area....then back on the rack to dry. I just roll it out of the way into a spare room when I'm not working on cookies. It's probably the best extra thing I've invested in. I never have to look for a place to put my cookies while I'm cutting or baking or decorating or drying....just back to the rack!
