Joanne, I hadn't seen this post before today, but had heard of your allergies before you arrived at SF - it certainly was worth the hug not to wear perfume! It was great meeting you, and my girls thank you soooo much for the candy! (and the sugar pearls - you're a sweetheart!)

Oh my gosh, Joanne! What a Godsend! Thank you more than you know for all your work to help us clean that kitchen. Another painful reminder of our 3 missing helpers. You were so cool, calm and collected - that gave me the courage to think it would all get done. And man, you are FAST! What a privilege to spend that close time with you there and taking you back to the hotel. You are an amazing woman and I am blessed to have met you. May
